I painted this artwork as a reminder of the interconnectedness of all beings, and the support we have from something bigger surrounding us at all times. 

As I , repeating a simple mantra is actually just as effective as therapy when treating PTSD, and actually more helpful than therapy in treating insomnia!

So I overlaid this artwork with a mantra of "All Is Well" -- to help remind you to spend a few minutes each day in healing meditation and mantra guidance as you walk along your healing journey.
