Seen here in a moss green colourway, these Last Resort AB VM001 Shoes are the first style to be released by the independent skater owned brand and feature durable suede uppers, a canvas lining and a hard wearing rubber sole. Created with extensive testing and development to ensure a high level of function, the simple but effective aesthetic is suitable for everyone and reflects every part of the shoe being considered and customised according to the brands preferences and experiences within skateboarding. The white lace fastening features branded aglets and works to keep the foot secure when active held in place by punched eyelets on top of a curved edge border which has been double top stitched for longevity. Wrapping comfortably around the top of the foot, the tongue has been cut from the same suede as the uppers and features an orange and white woven label that features signature Last Resort AB artwork. On the back of the heel additional overlay panels strengthen a key area whilst throughout the inside a soft canvas lining has been added for further comfort. The crisp white rubber outsole features a strip of foxing tape for longevity and a cartoon stamp graphic on the back of the heel whilst underfoot the tread pattern is focused towards delivering reliable traction.

Founded by Polar Skate Co’s Pontus Alv and a close friend, Last Resort AB is a new independent skater owned brand which has set out to offer an alternative to over-branded conventional footwear styles currently being offered by large corporations. Designed solely with skateboarding in mind, the debut VM001 model has had every detail considered with a nice, simple silhouette. Highly functional for skateboarding and appealing for all, the design reflects the brands own mantra of ‘Intention to Detail’.
